The fourth annual New Jersey Food and Wine Festival at Crystal Springs is a celebration of the world's best wines and top local chefs.
Held at New Jersey's only year-round resort, Crystal Springs, the weekend's events are designed to allow connoisseurs to meet and mingle with chefs, winemakers, sommeliers and fellow wine
aficionados. The Guest of Honor for 2012 is Thomas Keller and the Festival will coincide with a celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the James Beard Foundation, benefiting James Beard and Bocuse d'Or USA.

Tasting Brooklyn

Celebrating the diversity of Brooklyn’s food scene as well as the anniversary of Brooklyn Exposed, the borough’s leading art, dining and entertainment blog, Tasting Brooklyn is
a walk-around food and wine tasting event held on April 5 at Dumbo Loft. Proceeds benefit The Brooklyn Food Coalition, a community group dedicated to promoting healthy sustainable local food among Brooklynites. Participants in 2011 included The Clover Club, Fornino, Purple Yam,
Loreley Williamsburg, rebar, Stone Park Café, Thistle Hill Tavern and Red Hook Lobster Pound.

The Joy of Sake
The largest
sake tasting outside Japan, featuring over 300 sakes and 15 top
New York restaurants. Each year, the event showcases award-winning
sakes from the annual North American Sake Appraisal in Hawaii and
celebrates the different styles of sake, with entries from Japan
and the US. Top NYC restaurants participate each year, serving appetizers

White Truffle Auctions 2001 & 2002
Benefiting Windows of Hope in 2001 and Citymeals-on-Wheels
in 2002, this international auction via satellite New York-Los Angeles-Italy
attracted top chefs and high-profile guests such as Ivana Trump,
Richard Johnson, Adam Tihany, Richard Meier, Jean-Georges Vongerichten,
and Daniel Boulud.
