New Jersey Food and Wine Festival at Crystal Springs Resort
March 30 - April 1, 2012

The fourth annual New Jersey Food and Wine Festival at Crystal Springs is a celebration of the world's best wines and top local chefs. Held at New Jersey's only year-round resort, Crystal Springs, the weekend's events are designed to allow connoisseurs to meet and mingle with chefs, winemakers, sommeliers and fellow wine aficionados. The Guest of Honor for 2012 is Thomas Keller and the Festival will coincide with a celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the James Beard Foundation, benefiting James Beard and Bocuse d'Or USA.

Tasting Brooklyn
April 2012

Celebrating the diversity of Brooklyn’s food scene as well as the anniversary of Brooklyn Exposed, the borough’s leading art, dining and entertainment blog, Tasting Brooklyn is a walk-around food and wine tasting event held on April 5 at Dumbo Loft. Proceeds benefit The Brooklyn Food Coalition, a community group dedicated to promoting healthy sustainable local food among Brooklynites. Participants in 2011 included The Clover Club, Fornino, Purple Yam, Loreley Williamsburg, rebar, Stone Park Café, Thistle Hill Tavern and Red Hook Lobster Pound.

9th Annual Bastille Day celebration hosted by Bar Tabac, Robin Des Bois and Ricard, featuring the largest petanque tournament in the U.S., food & drink and live music.

The Joy of Sake

The largest sake tasting outside Japan, featuring over 300 sakes and 15 top New York restaurants. Each year, the event showcases award-winning sakes from the annual North American Sake Appraisal in Hawaii and celebrates the different styles of sake, with entries from Japan and the US. Top NYC restaurants participate each year, serving appetizers to complement the sakes. Previous participants include Bond St, Bouley, 15 East, Geisha, Kai, Nobu, SushiSamba and wd-50.

Windows on Long Island Wine  (2004 & 2005)

Presented by the Long Island Wine Council and Earth Pledge, a grand tasting event and celebration of Long Island wines that supports our region’s natural resources and benefits Earth Pledge. Thirty top New York City restaurants served delicacies to over 1,000 food and wine aficionados, while thirty Long Island wineries poured a wide variety of wines. Participating restaurants in 2005 included Abboccato, Annisa, Aquavit, Blue Hill NY & Stone Barns, Bouley, Danube, Devi, Felidia, Kittichai, Public, 66, Spice Market, SushiSamba and Tocqueville.

Lazio: Rome and Beyond, April 2004
A week-long expo of products, organizations and companies from Lazio, Italy’s capital region. Press conference and gala dinner at the United Nations, 4-day expo at Puck Building, with special food, wine, business and film events for the media.

GRI’s Vino e Cucina 2002 & 2003
An annual fundraiser for Gruppo Ristoratori Italiani, an association of Italian chefs and restaurateurs in the US. 700+ attendees, live and silent auction.

Roman Cuisine Week in New York, June 2003
A week-long festival celebrating the food and wine of Rome with 12 restaurant and 6 gourmet store participants. Sponsored by Comune di Roma.

International White Truffle Auctions 2001 & 2002
Benefiting Windows of Hope in 2001 and Citymeals-on-Wheels in 2002, this international auction via satellite New York-Los Angeles-Italy attracted top chefs and high-profile guests such as Ivana Trump, Richard Johnson, Adam Tihany, Richard Meier, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, and Daniel Boulud.
